Noble Assure Insurance Services LLC is a licensed wholesale brokerage operating in compliance with all applicable state insurance regulations. We hold surplus lines licenses in Texas Jurisdiction and are authorized to place coverage with approved non-admitted carriers.
Surplus Lines Authority
As a surplus lines broker, we may place insurance with carriers not licensed in the insured's home state when coverage is not available from the admitted market. Surplus lines coverage is not protected by state guaranty funds.
Regulatory Compliance
We comply with all surplus lines tax reporting and stamping office requirements in Texas. Licensing documentation is available upon request.
